Default Scanning decoder reveals two errors! Need advice!

I scanned my Camaro, and these numbers came up:

P0410 = Secondary Air Infection System Malfunction
P0412 = Secondary Air Infection System Vavle A Malfunction

Could someone please explain to me what this means? And if you know how to fix the problem that would be really appreciated. Ive got a Haynes repair manual too so ya let me know what to do.

Thanks!

its the secondary air injection. Basically, on cold starts, it takes outside air, and pumps it into the exhaust to warm the cats up. The check valves are the round black things that come off of the metal line on your exhaust manifold. Basically to check these take them off, and you should be able to blow through one way, but not the other.
