Car jerks under a load?

Car jerks under a load? I installed my heads and cam 6 months ago and had it tuned right away. I have not had a problem until now. When there is a load on the motor, it jerks and almost sounds like it's missing. No codes at all. At first I thought it was just bad gas. I drove the whole tank and filled it up again. The problem is still there. I checked the ground on the back of the drivers head but now I'm lost........ I friend of mine said maybe the MAP sensor, but I wanted some other opinions. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

I just noticed that when it jerks, the tach stops working. It only jerks for a few seconds, and sounds like it's missing. I'm confused because it's not setting any codes. I just changed my fuel filter, but that didnt fix it. Will my tuner be able to hook up EFI live and tell me which cly is missing if that's the case? I guess I'll pull the plugs tonight and take a look at them. I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks.
