Pass Window Motor Installed but....

Pass Window Motor Installed but.... I replaced the Passenger side window motor, I followed the instructions perfectly and after drilling out the rivets that held the motor in the replacement motor bolted up perfectly but now when I lower and raise the window the whole assembly shakes and shimmy's violently!!! 
Any one know why this is happening and what I can do to fix it???

Maybe you didn't engage the teeth of the gear properly. Loosen them up and try to move the motor around with your hand. If all of a sudden it pops into place, then that is what it was. Either that or you got a bad motor? Please don't say $10 on ebay......

A1 is where I bought it... $50 shipped with life time guarantee.... it fully engages for sure. I tried shimming it out to see if that would help but no difference..... it shakes the whole car for Christ sake... LOL It should have just bolted up and done... the old one was quite and no shaking but it just died... any other ideas????
