Default c5 z06 wheels on a 98 WS6

A friend recently put c5 z06 Chrome 10-spoke wheels on his black 1998 WS6. Then he added an Eibach Pro spring kit. How, his rear wheels rub on the inside of the fenderwell under strong cornering. Would a performance panhard bar fix this issue? It is only the rear tire, and generally under a right turn. It scrapes on the side of the fenderwell. Any help would be appreciated. The alternative is to get spacers that fit between the rear wheels and the axels to make the rear tires stick out away from the fenderwell, however, this could result in the tires hitting the outside of the fenderwell, or worse yet, the lip of the fender.

I've got a '98 T/A with C5 Z06 wheels in black, wrapped in 275/40/17s, lowered with eibach springs/bilstein struts, along with lca's, relocation brackets, adj. panhard bar and have no clearence issues whatsoever...

An adjustable Pan hard bar is what he needs. Still posible to rub after the rear is centered. I had to BFH the wheel wells a little but I was a running a 315 drag radial. stock size tire should be fine though. When you lower the car it will uncenter the rear hence the need for an adjustable PHB.

I got one from BMR when mine got lowered, pretty nice piece for the price, gets the job done anyways.
