well the bitch was throwing a code on me for my TPS not being screwed on its missing both torx bolts. and i was getting an idle surging every 2-3 seconds. so i just decided to take the whole TB off and use the drill with a brush to clean everything up. i took some of the aluminum out of the two holes before and behind the butterfly as a "DIY half *** porting job" and it turned out very very clean. took the black plastic off of the top and cleaned the CCV oil that accumulated in it.put new gasket on and it was done. all in 1.5 hrs or so. and only 1 cigarette

my intake mani is coated with oil though
