Today I was putting my drivers side window up and it stopped... and started a whining noise under the dash... this is my brand new window motor whats the deal? its doing the same crap the last one did when it was on its way out...

whenever i put the window up it hits against the rubber for about 1-2 seconds and keeps going (so it seals) is that putting to much stress on hte motor?? it seems to work fine when its not clicking

Is the clicking coming from under the dash? Or are you sure it isnt coming from inside the door?

its under the dash its like a high pitched whine if i hold the botton right to the point of barely being pushed it will keep whining..and I gotta wait every 15-20 seconds for the window to move

Well I hate to tell you this but your window motor is bad again..I know when the motor has any problems it gets hot and shuts itself off.If the motor is not that old it should have a 12 month warranty on it . Take it back and see if maybe you just got ahold of a shitty motor..
