Default Air Conditioner Pressure

Anyone know what the AC pressure is supposed to be on the low side with it on full blast? Ive got 2 gauges, one sucks has like 4 ranges, green to red. The other list PSI. Id like to use that one...But I dont have the proper pressure range. It was getting cold and it deteriorated over the summer. Now the accumulator/drier doesnt get cold or 'sweat'. Anyone? TIA
