ABS INOP light

On my '95 Z my abs inop light will come on randomly as im driving at times, once it comes on it stays on until I turn off my car and restart then it wont come on for a while. Any idea why it would be doing this and what could I do to get it to stop?

check the abs sensor....could just be going bad

I broke one of my abs wheel sensors while putting on my springs then got water in it and ever since then the abs inop light has been on try looking for broken sensors
