Default 02 Trans Am Electrical Problems

Ever since I first bought the car i've experienced electrical problems. Every once in a while the drivers window won't work, (does it every once in a while). The dealership replaced the altenator thinking it solve the issues. All the cars lights will come on, ABS, Brake, Service, all of them. Also the lights on the exterior and interior will blink and fade. Why is this doing this it seems to do it most when its cold. Also the blinker for the turn signal works when it wants to...

Sounds like a BCM going bad...

I doubt if the BCM would cause those type symptoms I would say it is something not regulating voltage like it should. Like a bad ground connection or loose posi cable.

A bad body ground can do all of the above and drive you up a friggin wall trying to fix it. good luck on this one

i agree....i would start with the underhood grounds....
