steer left a bit and something starts to hit

steer left a bit and something starts to hit so when I am rolling, i can hear better if I am in neutral gear, Steering even just a little to the left enough to make that noise. It comes from the front passenger side, and its constant feels like something hitting to tire. Because when I am faster noise is more frequent. [sorry btw my english is limited]
I checked both front sides, brakes not loose, anti swaybar not, everything seems just fine. Anybody had a similar problem?
ohh also i put the car on jack stands and steered left right, and spinned the tires in every angle. no noise!

Whats it sound like? Is it a rubbing noise or more like a vibration? If you don't see anything hitting then may check out the bearings. When you turn, the weight of the car shifts and the bearing, if defective may be under friction and cause a noise. Also see if you can check for rubbing while the car is on the ground. If you raise the car, the suspension falls and you may not be able to see something hitting. You should always check for rubbing when the car is sitting on the ground and not being supported.
