Squeaking pulley in Rain Ok I know this topic is everywhere, but i still do not have a definite answer. I want to know why my my pulleys or belts squeak when iti s damp or raining out. They are completely quiet in every other circumstance. What does this mean? Should I just replace the belt, or is it actually a pulley? I took a tube and listened around down there, and the source seemed to b the crank pulley. Could it be that?

It is caused by a worn belt, or a worn tensioner, or worn idler pulley. i would make sure that your crank pully is tight also.
I also have the same proplem, but if you dont fix it it will start doing it all the time. I had the Chevy dealership look at it and they said that i needed a new tensioner pulley, idler pulley, and belts.
Usually cause by a leaky seal on one of the pulley bearings. Water/moisture gets in and at first, will squeal until it works its way out. Eventually, it will squeal every time until it warms up, and finally; it will just squeal all the time. One of your pulleys has signed its death warrant. 
Neat trick:
If it's not too far gone, you can add a lot of life to those bearings by using a tiny screwdriver to pop off the plastic seals, clan and repack. It's not always gonna work, but last I looked good grease was 2 bucks, and the pulleys are like 25 bucks each. if you are careful and use a TINY screwdriver, the plastic seals will pop right back on.
