how do i pop out rivets?

might be a stupid question but im about to put in power windows for my manuel window car and want to know how to take out the rivets holding the regulaters in? i dont have a grinder i have a drill it aint the best but dont know how to do it thanks guys

You drill out the head of the rivet just enough so it comes off. You don't want to drill all the way through, it won't take much to get it off.

The way the dude who fixed my window did it was he took like a pick and hammer and punched the middle of it out first n then drilled it out.....=\

That how we used to do it at the dealership 1/4" drill bit works wonderfully.

He was just putting a dimple on the rivet head so the drill bit would stay on the rivet head and not slip off the second you pull the triger on the drill.
