Starter or relay?

Starter or relay? This has been happening for a while, sometimes it wont do it for weeks and then some days it won't work at all. Typically when I experience the most problems are when it is very humid out, or if it has just rained, I go to turn the key and nothing. Sometimes I can keep turning the key back and forth and it will start. But the last two days I had to push start my car, and these cars not light! So do you guys think it is the starter or something else like the relay? Thanks. I'm about to go to work and im hoping it starts, or I might be push starting it again lol.
Need more description, lights work? Dash lights on? an audible click?
Could be anything from a starter to a clutch switch.

ok its not the relay because I switched the relay out for another one in the fuse box, no clicks and everything works inside the car. Its not ignition switch but it could be the clutch switch, ill have to check it out tomorrow
