94 Z28 Problem
94 Z28 Problem I have 94 Z28 that the stereo and power windows are not working. All the fuses are good but there is no power to those systems. Does anyone have a complete electrical diagram of this car? Please let me know as this is driving me nuts. Thanks.
I know what you problem is, its the exact same thing that happened to me. Its not a short in the wiring, and its actually kind of a simple fix.
First take of the 2 panels below your steering wheel so you can look into all the wiring, then there is this small black box its sort of hard to find but ill try to explain where it is,
now that the 2 panels are off look up and to the right of the gas pedal, at the top of the transmission tunnel there is the small black box hiding in a little pocket, (the box is a little smaller and wider than a deck of cards)
when you find the box, pop it apart and examine the circuit board you will probably see some place where it is burnt, just sodder it and you should be fine,
that is what was wrong with mine, hope this helps!
