Theres a wierd rattling noise comming from under my car almost sometimes sounds like it could be the radiator fans rattling around...is that possible? almost sounds like a deisel truck when im turning lol....strange rattle...tin can, wierd sound....not constant, only when im accellorating from stop, turning, or comming to a stop....so what do yall think? I dont think its exhaust b/c it sounds like its comming from up in the engine somewhere...sometimes on the passenger side under the seat or under the driver side...but mostly loudest comes from up under the hood towards the front of the car....hard to tell since i cant test it b/c it only happens when its driving, from vibrations...car doesnt vibrate enough sitting still...so cant find it...any similar problems?

 

Check the 02 sensors on the y-pipe, they may be lose and cause a "tin can" kind of rattle. Mine did the same thing.

 

If you still have your CATs they might have broken apart. My 92 did this.
