is the relay the same as a flasher, which makes the signal blink, where is it located on a 99 trans am

The relay is under the dash (just know that from what people said, i have never had to go in there as of yet)

BUT if one side blinks, and the other side doesnt, its NOT the relay. (it controls both sides)

flasher module is under the steering wheel part. I had to replace mine, was 6 bucks. Theres 2, one for hazards and one for the turn signals.

finally got my damn car fixed, turns out it was the actual blinker light bulb socket, changed it today and now it works prefectly fine, now only if someone would just buy the damn thing!!

YEAH I KNOW. . .but i had money . . They charge me 60 bucks. . didnt know that autozone had it for 6 bucks. .sigh. .Well good luck withthe problem because I used to have that problem before.
