Default Fixin' car and throwing codes...HELP???

Hey, After I wrecked my car I had to replace the entire rear-end (which I did just before Christmas). The rear-end I got wasn't exactly like my old one but it fit and runs good. Only thing is since switching them my ABS and brake light is on? I didn't have the plug-in traction control before/ I had an oil sensor instead, which I don't have now. We changed the entire rear-end caliper and all but I switched the actual brake lines from my old one because the new one split a little different. So, everytime I run the car it starts out fine the low trac light comes on a bit and then when it goes on the ABS and brake lights come on and stay on until next time I start it up. It's making me crazy, suggestions or answers would be greatly appreciated! Btw, I am so excitied..."I" switched out the rear-end!!! I did almost get a black eye from getting hit by the stabilizing bar, but God wasn't it fun~ lol.
