Oil in TB

Oil in TB OK, so I wanted to alleviate the oil consumption so I added a PCV catch can this last week. I took the TB off this morning and looked into the intake. I know I need to seafoam the car but I noticed something else. There was A LOT of oil in the TB. It was coming from the Passenger Side Valve Cover hose that connects to the top of the TB. Is this normal? If not, does anybody have any idea how to fix it? Thanks for all the help.
