Question New car advice

ok well as said in my sig i'm getting a t/a, just need some info from you guys on some things. The car has sat for the last year and a half due to high gas prices and a long trip to work 6 days a week, the original owner bought it brand new in 94 and took really good care of it, there are some dings and stuff but.. nothing major. they looked to me like door dings and from shopping carts the paint is 12 years old and it shows but what i'm worried about is the seals and stuff in the motor.

it doesn't leak as of now and i don't want it to to start so should i treat the motor as if it were brand new and do a "break-in" period or something else. I plan on doing a full tune up and seafoam and some other things to it. Any advice would be much appreciated.

ps.
probably wrong place to ask but: magnaflow with cut out or loudmouth?

I kind of wish I'd have just gotten Magnaflow and a cutout at first, because now I'd like something more quiet.

So did it really sit for a year and half or did she just not drive it much. If it hasn't been started in the last year and a half, Id be worried, but if she at least drove around the block every couple weeks, its not an issue. I purchased the car in my sig after is had been parked and unregistered for 4 years. The guy drove it around the block every few weeks and changed the oil every couple months. I daily drive it now. It needed some a/c work and tires. The brakes work, but the rotors are pitted from sitting for so long, so I will be replacing those as well.

A cut out you can always cap, LM you can not, also you can get a QTP cutout and have it on demand.
