Default P/S squeal

I am having trouble finding my leak. Somewhere in my power steering system I am getting air. The pump is new, cooler is new, and the return line is new. The pressure hose is not leaking and neither of the rack boots have fluid in them. Anyone got an idea? It makes my car sound like it has a blower on it after it warms up. My only thought is maybe the resevoir has a small hairline crack thats leaking air.
