I had to part out a Ws6 at work, and my boss had the upper dash panel (the defrost part) already sold, i went to take it out and it shattered into a million pieces. How do you take this thing out without cracking it?

I took out the window pillar plastic pieces. The plastic window pillar pieces are a real pain. There are little clips that hold it on. You need to be very carefull or the plasic will brake. Then I just pulled up on the top dash part. It has 4 or 5 clips on the front and then it is help on by velcro in the back. I would recommend just being careful when pulling up on the dash piece.
