diff fill plug stripping

diff fill plug stripping I am in the process of changing the rear fluid. I drained everything, put the cover back on with a new gasket and all. I am trying to go get my fill plug off but it wont go. I used the end of a 3/8 rachet to do it, no luck. The thing just wont move. I attached a extention to the rachet, the extention starts to bend and the thing wont budge. I am doing this on the ground in 23 degree temp's, so I took a propane torch and heated up the area for a while and the thing wont go. At this point, it is a little striped. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this sucker out at this point?
