car misses and backfires... HELP
car misses and backfires... HELP Was on my way to work and car was running perfect. I slowed down and turned right, when i let the clutch back out the car was missing really bad. The miss was the same at all rpm's and at idle. If i put the car under a strain it backfires a little bit.
I replaced the plugs and wires (ngk tr55 and msd's). Problem got worse, way way worse! now it just acts like its jumped time and wont stay running, if i give it any gas it just backfires. I pulled the codes and I am getting a maf vaf code. Any ideas? Could the MAF be causing this? I just think its a little extreme for a MAF but i dunno.
and the car has no strange sounds, knocks or ticks....
