MPG average? is this in line with others?

I usually get around 18-20 city. I would look into getting new o2 sensors and changing your spark plugs, maybe even wires. Also do you let your car warm up when it's cold out??? I do, It's cold here in the mornings, and I let my car warm up for like 5 min or so, and it drops my mpg average about 2-3. Oh yea and maybe you should clean your airfilter element. Maybe it's all gunked up.

Running your defroster will use more gas, when you run them they use the AC system in order to defrost the window. It does this in order to dry the air to help with the defrosting.
I personally dont let my car warm up much, maybe 30 seconds at most and then I leave, but I also dont go over 2000 rpms for almost 3 miles which is about the time I hit the interstate onramp and the car has started to register a temp on th gauge.

thanks for the info about the defroster i did not know that. and yes i let my car warm up about every morning being as its butt *** cold out. and i have relatively new ngk plugs and msd wires. i will try and runless defrost and maybee slightly less warm up and see if it makes a diff. i have also been playing this week with cut out open vs. closed
I normally get around 18-20 city and 26 highway with all the mods in my signature. It could be better but Im not complaining as long as gas prices dont go back over $3 per gallon.
