ac problem found what is this piece

this piece is by the pcm and is for the ac controls

what do i call this and will just a 3 way "T fitting" work or does it have to be shaped like this? btw the fitting is broken off

should just be small vacuum line that pushes into it, i think it runs into the big wire harness going down the passenger side over the wheel well

the 90 degree fitting right above it is supposed to snap on to it. the piece that is supposed to go into that 90 degree fitting is broken off into it.

i need to replace the whole t adapter and i am trying to find out if a regular fitting wil work or if it needs to be that piece specifically
