Default smog

ive been thinking and just wondering if there is a way to remove all the smog and emissions junk and still pass the test. i live in mass and on newer cars they plug it in to the dianostic port to look for trouble codes i guess. is there a way to remove it and trick the compter into thinking that it is still there so i could pass the test, any thoughts on this subject????

They have OBDII scan only testing here in IL for '96+ cars. You can pull all that crap and get custom tuning to pass. Not hard at all. Plenty of people do it.

What more do you need to know? If your state has scan only OBD testing (no sniffer, no visual) then all you need to pass (with removed emissions parts) is custom tuning. It's not a matter of opinion or debate, it's a fact.
