shredded Fuel line

shredded Fuel line I guess when my driveshaft took out my E-brake line it caught one of my fuel lines. Can anyone tell me what this line actually is and how i can repair it.
Pics are of me laying behind the car looking up towards the brake connectors and fuel tank. The one line that is shredded is sitting directly in front of another line, which isn't damaged, it just looks deceiving. There was no fuel spillage, I'm thinking it's some kind of vent line.

I really don't want to pull the tank. The printing on the line says NOTREPAIRABLE.
