Knock Sensor/Header Hit Problem

Knock Sensor/Header Hit Problem Sorry bout all the threads guys just got the car back and its running strong, fully tuned and such just getting the bugs out atm anyways
My knock sensor wire was extended after my little oil fire a few weeks ago now its either not working or the wire is messed up what should I check my tuner already said its pulling a bit of timing... (Btw can that hurt gas mileage any)
Another problem is we changed my flange gaskets to seal 4 goods (thick as hell) and I guess that was just enough to make my header or Y-pipe rube something because now at idle sometimes i hear a scraping/rubbing sound from the passenger side front/floor area.. if i take my foot off the brake and roll sometimes it helps alittle like i said it doesn't happen all the time.
