Default Hit Curb

Hey guys a week ago i hit a curb with my front passenger wheel. My steering wheel is off to the left and I can see my front passenger wheel toeing out. I took to a shop for an alingment and they told me I bent my spindle. I bought a spindle yesterday and it looks pretty tuff. Is it a common thing to bend or is it more likely that I bent the bracket that the spindle is connected to?

I have heard our spindles bend easily as well from the board. When scavenging for spindles people told me to avoid cars that were in front end impacts for that reason.

The steering knuckle apparently is not as sturdy as it looks. I am sure people will tell you similar.

I would take it to another shop and get a second opinion unless you know this one.
