ignition switch?

ignition switch? Hi all,
i'm not sure if this is the problem.
the key got stuck about 2 weeks ago a few wiggles and i got it out, a few other times i turn the key to start and nothing for a split second then it started, another times i turn the key to start and nothing then tryed again and it started, tonight i go to start and it started but as soon as i let the key go it stoped runing that happened a few times then it started,
it seems to be acting up is it the key or something else......
I hope its the key so i can buy one and fix it.
