Default My window died

WEll, i was on the way home a couple of nights ago, and i went to roll up my window but it refused. I do not have a clue about how to fix it . i am not sure if it is off track or what. when i press the power button nothing happens ....help it is cold outside

wasnt it acting up before hand? check your fuses. seems strange for it to just die without any warnings.

I don't know why but it seems that the window motors are too weak, my driver side window died at just over 20k miles, but its happens to everyone

if you do each window seperately (up/down) your motors will last longer. when you roll up/down both at same time your drawing more power and makes each motor starve for electricity.

true. like ski said. im wondering but i would imagine a peromance battery and performance alternator would probly also help them last longer.

Well i fixed it. my motor actually broke all the bolts holding it in place and fell down into the door.wow it took some time. but it works ok now.
