AC trouble!!!

AC trouble!!! So I go to use my AC yesterday after not using it for two weeks. It turns out that it doesn't blow cold at all and the settings are stuck on def. and lower. The two ***** on the right don't work (the posittion and the climate control) any one have any ideas. Maybee a fuse?
