Cooling System Help!

My car runs at a consistant 210. I drove it 300 miles round trip this weekend and never ran hot, but was about a quart low on coolant. I am not running with a thermostat. Could not having a thermostat make it use any coolant or do like im saying. Why would it overflow out of the resorvoir?

Why aren't you using a thermostat? Anyway,a bad head gasket can cause pressure to build up and make the overflow run over I think.

Long story about thermostat. But oil is fine.

You should be running a tstat man. You're probably even losing power without it, aside from the fact that you're not cooling your motor as good as you think you are.
