Default Need help with annoying problems!

My girlfriend has a 96 z28 that is ALWAYS dead!
The starter, alternator and battery are all new (within a year old) and there is no drain on the electrical system when the car is off.
Everytime we try to start it we have to jump it. I don't know what to do with it so I would like ANY suggestions on what to check out!
Thanks guys!

I have the same issue with my contour. the only way the car will start is if you jump it. When you turn the key it does nothing.

You have to start the process of elimination. Test alternator output & battery would be a start. But it sounds to me like some connection is not good. Battery cable ends clean and bright? Starter, are those connections good? Ground cable connection good? If you have a good battery, alternator and starter then the weak links that are left are the connections. Get the juice where it's going and something has to happen.

do a paristic draw test with a multimeter. and there should should only be about as high as 0.05mv if its higher start pulling fuses and if it drops you know where its at in that circuit

Get the battery and alternator tested. Just because they're only a year old doesn't mean one of them isn't already failing.
