Rattle from pass side only when wet?

Rattle from pass side only when wet? I know every car is different and rattles are difficult to track down over the internet. BUT
Whenever I drive through a puddle of water, I get a rattle from the passenger side of the car over bumps.. but after a few minutes of dry, the rattle goes away and doesn't come back until I drive through another puddle.
Anybody have a guess what this might be?

Just spitballing here. Is there anything under there like a heatshield or something that could act as a 'catch' and be weighted down by some water? Providing a little less clearance between to parts and causing the rattle. Have you gotten under it(on stands or a lift) and wiggled everything?
