Default Rat chewed on some wires!!!

I usually have my car parked for about a month at a time. Well I took it out for a spin the other day and the Service Engine, TCS, and ABS lights all came on at the same time. I put it back in the garage and looked at the fuses. Everything was OK, but it was at night, so I didn't care to check it all out. The next day I open the hood and there is a rats home built in front of my ECM. I could not believe it. He chewed one of the black plastic wire looms that had two wires and a small hose in inside. I fixed the wires, but I am not sure what the hose does. I guess I will just buy a hose connector and put the hose back together, unless anyone has a better idea. The hose that is cut connects to another hose with a white connector in the last picture. What is this hose? What is the best way to fix this hose? Thanks for the help.
It would have been worth him chewing it, if I could of caught him chewing it.

Think the hose in the last pic is just a vacuum hose and is needed to get the vent settings inside the car to work correctly. With it cut/disconnected you'll only get the dash and floor vents.

Thanks for the help. I will test the A/C, then shove a hose connector on and then retest the A/C.
