basic maintenance question
The fuel filter is under the car(obviously), infront of the rear tire on the driver side.
And yes, all the plugs can be pulled. When i do plugs though, i usually disconnect all the egr and a.i.r, connections that go into the headers. Taking the coil packs off really help as well. Also, the plug for #8 is much easier to get to from the bottom.

You disconnect the AIR lines, not the a/c. Couple of coilpacks out of the way and you're in business. No need to do it from the bottom, with those items moved you have plenty of space from the top unless your forearms are like tree trunks. As long as the motor is cool you're all set.
