Default dash cover removal

how do you remove the dash cover on a 1999 camaro without damaging any of the panels???

Remove the right and left covers going up the arms on each side of the windshield. Very carefully work your way around the flat panel that lays from the dash to the windshield lift a little and move over, lift a little and move over, do this to it pulls up completly. It is velcroed on but I have heard of them cracking if you are not careful. Everything else will need to be unbolted.
