Throwing Code PO430

Throwing Code PO430
and here's the code description:
P0430 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)
But what's this mean?
I'm guessing it has something to do with my passenger side catylitic converter...???
doubt it has anything to do with it... I must just be the most unlucky person with an F-body but...
3 weeks ago, my clutch went out... had it replaced
Last week my radiator had a hole in it, and I just installed the new one yesterday....
Now I'm throwing this new code...
Coincidence? Bad Luck? or are they linked...?

first question. is your exhaust stock? by this i mean do you still have your factory cat's.
next if you do have the cats then chances are it is bad and will need to be replaced you can pick them up in the for sale section.

Yes exhaust is stock except for the SLP Loudmouth Cat-Back... otherwise Y-pipe, and headers are stock...
hmmm.... didn't even think about looking in the for sale section good idea!

There is a GM recall on some years of our cats that has been extended up to 100,000 miles. Do some searching, you might get it fixed. With a cat-back they might say no, but it's worth a try.

but some good news is, I got sponsered a while back and the company used my car as the prototype for some longtubes and a y-pipe... well the production pieces should be done in about a month. They will be without the EGR, and no cats... I'm moving to Arizona, so with a tune, I shouldn't have any problem passing smog, but this will also solve my problem with the code i'm throwing.
Does anyone know if i'm hurting my car by driving it around like this? at least until i get the new parts?
