Default Need help with an A/C problem.

i hopped in my car this morning and turned on the A/C

it immediately started to blow out of the bottom as if you had turned the far right **** to the "feet" only option.

i tried every combination, took out the instrument panel and jiggled the wires, took out every fuse and relay(all were good)......

i'm stumped...

i have no idea why the selector flapper isn't working....

anyone else ever have this problem or know what else i can try?

Thanks fellas,
Jeff
