Hi I have been having a problem with my battery going dead after a few hours for months. I put a muti meter between the battery and the cable. O.K when I first hook the battery up there is no draw, But when I open the car door (either side) I will get a good draw on my meter. when I close the door the drain does not go away. I took the fuse out for the dome lights. Questain is when you open a car door what is activated other than dome lights. The only thing that I can think of is maybe my security system. Any ideas ? thanks
