Missing head bolts?

Missing head bolts? There's about 4 or 5 drilled holes on the front of the heads (front as in where you would see the AFR logo to the left of the throttle body when you're facing the front end) and i noticed there's no screws in there. Aren't there supposed to be? Looks like a big leak to me. Does anyone have screws in theirs? I noticed it was only on the left head (facing the front of the car).
