car wont start

car wont start car was running good after opti install than next day drove it in the morning, come the afternoon get in turn the key over an nothing. replaced the starter still nothing. car has good voltage, instrument cluster works, fuel pump cycles. other than that nothing not even a click.
any ideas.

If it was vats I'd think you'd be getting a security light? You can try disconnecting the vats connection under the steering column and measure the resistance back to the key cyl and see if it matches your key value. http://shbox.com/1/vats_bypass.jpg

no security light but by passed the switch and car starts so im gonna get a resistor and follow shoe box's site. should work till the weekend when i can get the vats yurned off in the computer. thanks for all the help.
