Flushing A\C systems?

Flushing A\C systems? OK When I flush my a\c systems I always flush the evaporator, all hoses(with orfice removed) and the condenser but never the compressor or accumulator.
I was looking at one of the threads here about Its not a good ideal to flush the new condeners.
Well I have aready flushed it, will that be a problem?
