quick and mild missfire when car is hot?

quick and mild missfire when car is hot? seems like when car is up to full operating temp., when going place to place when the car is shut off and on a few times, after startup when hot it missfires at around 2000rpm range for a bit until i give it a **** of gas and it goes away, then it runs perfect....any suggestions?

Run some Seafoam through the brake booster line to clean out the top end of the motor, run a coupe bottles of Chevron Techron through the gas tank to clean the fuel system and injectors, and give it a full tine up (plugs and wires) if you haven't done so already.

ive ran fuel injector cleaner through it last year, and changed the plugs in the spring when i put the headers on, it started doing i noticed after the header install...would seafoam help any?
