Problem with 1996 Z28 Hey folks, I may be buying a car from a member here but it has a problem on cold starts. It acts like it may be flooding, but if you tap the gas a bit it comes on. After its been started, it runs great! No misses, skips or anything. It has 125,000 on it, has new plugs in it, with a few modifications.
He thinks it may be the fuel pressure regulator, but isn't sure of it.
What does this sound like to you?

If it is a leaky injector, is there a way I can just pull it out and look at it, or is there some type of test I need to run? This will be my first time dealing with an LT1 motor.
