Default Dealership Maintenance

I did some general maintenance on my buddies Denali last night. As such I replaced the spark plugs and wires. Upon taking out the old spark plugs I noticed that they were unusually difficult to break loose. Once I got them out I noticed that NONE of them had any type of anti-sieze on them at all. I asked Mike who replaced them last and up until I began working on it the dealership had always performed the maintenance. I found it odd that they would over look such an important item as if the plug siezed up in the head it could lead to a much larger issue. Has anyone else run into such an issue from a dealership or is it most likely a isolated incident?

Depends on the dealership really. Some have mechanics that work on the cars like they're their own, others don't really care and are just there to earn a paycheck.

landmark chevy in houston tried to tell me they dont use anti-seize because the plug will eventually work its way loose.

i've always had nothing but bad luck with any dealership. especaily the local mistubishi dealership wouldn't fix any of the recals on my 95 GSX and a few of them if they happened i prolly wouldn't be around. had to go an hour away just to get it done.
