Just pull it off, might be crusty and you can use some WD40 to free it up. But be careful not to break the plastic tube inside it.
Go to your local parts store and get a heater hose of that size, cut and replace.
For some reason right there in that spot ALOT of people get a hole, it leaks and hisses and throws an SES light.
