removing steering for header install?

removing steering for header install? i am wondering the easiest way to get the steering out of the way so i have room for my headers? i am just not sure what to take apart.

well i guess i don't need it off to exactly put headers on. i am in the process of putting new heads on and my pacesetters don't have enough room on the drivers side for me to get to the head bolts. it is close but not quite. with the steering off i think i will be able to do it.
