strut/suspension question
You need ask PSJ to appoint you as monitor of where posts belong and short-circuit your reminder link. So this should be in the General Maint. forum that gets three posts a day? How many folks who actually could answer AntiVen0m's question even read the General Maint. forum?
FWIW, upper strut mountngs can squeek. Sometimes changing springs can make it start. For a cheap, easy fix, try to duplicate the noise by jouncing the front end. Then spray silicone lube or even WD40 inth area of the squeek. Hitting the rubber bushings in the control arms with the silicone might also help.
Go for a ride in a car with Heim jounts (rod end bearings) in all the pivot locations. Take earplugs.
If all else fails, turn up the stereo volume.
